vacation rental description

Boston is a beautiful, historical walking city - if you stay in the North End which is the focal point of all the Sights & Activities that every visitor to Boston wants to see. By staying in the North End you can enjoy ALL YOUR TIME in Boston instead of getting stuck trying to get to the attractions - waiting for over-crowded subways or taxis stuck in traffic.

Our apartment is one block from Hanover Street and two blocks from Paul Revere's House & the Freedom Trail & the Old North Church. In the Heart of the old Italian district, you are surrounded by many of the best restuarants in the city. Fanueil Hall is across the street, this property is on the new Greenway (created by the Big Dig), and is three blocks from the Aquarium.  The Waterfront and Whale watch harbor cruises are right next to the Aquarium, and the Public Garden is just over Beacon Hill (which you reach by going thru Faneuil Hall)

Our 1 bedroom condo. Sleeps 3:   1 queen size bed for  2 people. A confortable queen size sofa bed for 2 more  people( either 2 children or 1 adult and 1 child). Our unit has been recently updated. The kitchen is fully equiped ( coffee maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator). Plasma TV and internet. Perfect location in the heart of the North End and the Waterfront ( Italian Neighborhood in Downtown  Boston). This unit is a few blocks from  the Financial District  ( making it ideal for business trips)

traveler reviews for this boston condo rental

Great apartment, excellent location

Vicky H. ()
Review submitted: July 29, 2012   Date of arrival: July 7, 2012

We were very happy with our stay at this apartment. The Blagdens were very helpful from the beginning via email and upon our arrival. We stayed here with our infant son and there were even able to provide a pack and play for him to sleep in. The apartment is a little small (but just right for our family) but the location makes up for that. We were within a short walk of all of the North End, Faneuil Hall and the waterfront. There's a great array of restauarants and bars in the area.

Adequate for 2 people

Review submitted: June 26, 2012   Date of arrival: June 19, 2012

Nicely located, very clean, and new furnishings. That said, it is small, poorly air conditioned, a neighbor who smokes and smells up this unit, and was very tight living for us and our 2 kids.

Helpful votes: 1 / 1

Great Alternative to a Hotel...convenient location, safe, added amenities

Mel (Dallas, Texas)
Review submitted: March 27, 2012   Date of arrival: March 22, 2012

My husband and I stayed here during a recent trip to Boston. We were in town for a basketball tournament and wanted to stay away from the crowds at the tournament hotels. This apartment was perfect. Being in the North End it was convenient to restaurants and shops and was within walking distance to TD Garden and close to historical/sightseeing landmarks.

Recommended for: sight seeing, tourists without a car

Helpful votes: 2 / 2
