Due to the prime location of this house it gets lots of streaming summer sunlight.
It has Partial Ocean views and gives a feeling of a Beach Bed & Breakfast hideaway. It is a loft-style residence
done in Hawaiian motif with hardwood and cork floors throughout with a mediterrian flair.
The beach is your front yard. Grab your cup of coffee in the morning and come sit on the boardwalk. See everything from sailboat races, windsurfers, and local surfers.
Steps to sand and ocean, close to jetty in most desirable southern tip of Mission Beach (A famous surfing spot).

Two sun filled separate room areas that can convert to bedroom sanctuaries. Great for teenagers. Parents can have the bottom floor and the kids get the top floor, or vice versa.
Both have luxury queen beds with the highest quality mattress available. And each comes with its own spa-like bathroom (luxury towels and toiletries included), including bidet in one of the bathrooms.
Ideal for couple, or couple with children, can accommodate four or 2 couples.


Breakfast nook and kitchen area also frame ocean view that lead out to small lush patio garden with lazy swing for reading, relaxing, and snoozing.
You can be lulled to sleep by the ocean and sculptured water fountain in same private patio garden. Sitting area next to fireplace adds warmth and ambience on those breezy tropical nights.

This area also has a queen bed that can either be used for sleeping or lounging. It offers a full bath. It has full sized desk and TV. High-speed wireless Internet access can make this the ultimate office with a view of the beach.

Small-enclosed cabana area can sleep an additional person on the top floor.

. 15 minutes the San Diego Zoo, 5 minutes to Sea World, 1 minute to Belmont Park Roller Coaster amusement park with rides and games. Close to many restaurants and shopping.
. Water-sport sport rental are plentiful, ocean fishing boats are 2 minutes away. La Jolla is 10 minutes away. Mexico is just 30 minutes south and there are beautiful mountains and desert 1 hour to the east.
. The channel that connects south mission beach and ocean beach is a 2 minute walk. Sit on the rocks and watch the whale watching boats go bye, kayaks and small pleasure boats.
. You are a 5 minute stroll to the point (the bay) where you can scuba dive and enjoy watching the seals. There is a playground for children and picnic tables.
. One of the best bike trails for families is right here. Stop along the way and enjoy the activities at the Wave House and Belmont Park. You will love the outdoor live music sitting next to the warmth of fire pits.

A $70 maid fee required for stays less than a week.

. Security deposit of $400 is refundable shortly after departure if
key is returned and premises left in acceptable condition.
. Information such as obtaining keys and whom to call for assistance
will be sent after receipt of final payment.
