Your Search is over! This newly constructed Tahoe Keys home is the  
luxury chalet for the perfect Tahoe vacation .. Summer, Winter,  
Spring or Fall. This home has it all... lagoon views set upon great  
mountain views. You can choose to enjoy this while dining on a ten  
seater table or luxuriating in a large 8 man hot tub atop the roof  
deck with only the sky above you. This chalet is luxuriously  
furnished with amenities including, a dining table which sits 12, a  
dumb waiter for your groceries, a card game table with mini roulette  
and crap game, full size pool table in the family room 
with a mini side bar, barbecue grill as you walkout the kitchen/ great 
room, all brand new furniture and top of he line appliances. Enjoy the 
built in stainless refrigerator, quite Bosch dishwasherand complete  
kitchen utensils gadgets and small appliances... Bedrooms and  
bathroom linens have been meticulously chosen. All beds feature  
pillow capped, thick smattresses for ultimate sleeping comfort. The  
master-suite bedroom features a built-in wall gas fureplace with a  
jacuzzi bath and separate shower.This room has a king size bed and a  
large rocking chair to relax in. The other upper level bedroom has a  
queen bed. Lower bedrooms have two full size and two twin size beds.  
The family room has queen size futon and two sinle futons. Living  
room has a queen sofa sleeper. This home will sleep many comfortably  
for large family vacations and have ample space for 4  
cars. Conveniently located, this home is 10 minutes to Heavenly Ski  
Resort, is in Tahoe Keys the Marina water front complex near the  
boat launching ramp. You also have access to the Tahow Keys  
Recreation Center featuring an outdoor community pool, tennis  
basketball courts. This home is also less than 5 minutes drive to  
the beach parks like Camp Richardson.

RENTAL POLICY AND INFORMATION 
 
Prior to making your reservations, we  
ask that you carefully review our policies and procedures. 
 
REQUIREMENTS: Two (2) night minimum stay is required, except during 
peak and holiday periods when minimum stay requirements are longer. 
Last minute reservations are always welcome but are subject to 
availability.  
 
PAYMENTS: Payments may be made by personal check, cashiers check or 
money order. Personal checks returned will have a $20.00 service fee 
charged.  
 
CHECK-IN TIME is 4:00 PM and CHECK OUT TIME is 11:00 AM. Unauthorized 
extensions beyond check out time will result in a half to full day 
charge against your security deposit. To avoid such charges please 
call us prior to 10:00 AM to see if a late check out is possible.  
 
SUPPLIES: Upon arrival you will find a starter set of soaps, toilet 
paper & paper towels, coffee, tea cream and sugar.  You may want to 
bring or plan on locally purchasing additional supplies to last your 
entire stay. 
 
AMENITIES: Children under 16 have to be supervised by adults when 
using the jacuzzi baths, hot tub, and pool table.  Safety of the 
children is the sole responsibility of the accompanying adults. Owners 
waive any responsibility and liability for any accidents which may 
arise from use of the jacuzzi baths, hot tub, and pool table.  In 
addition, owners waive any responsibility for any accidents which may 
arise due to snow, ice, and any other hazardous conditions, and 
negligence by guests or any members of their party. 
 
FIREWOOD: There are two gas fireplaces in the property. Firewood is 
not necessary since these are all environmentally-safe gas  
fireplaces.  
 
TELEPHONES: There is a telephone line that allows unlimited local 
calls but will require a calling card or credit card to place long 
distance calls.  
 
HOUSEKEEPING: All reservations are subject to a housekeeping charge of 
$140.00 for departure cleaning.  This charge is itemized in your 
statement.  For weekly guests, daily housekeeping services can be 
provided upon request for an extra charge of $120.00 daily.  An 
initial bed linen set and one set of bath towels per person are 
provided.  Guests are asked to leave the house with trash gathered and 
left in the garbage bins inside the garage, dishes washed or 
dishwasher started and furniture arranged as upon arrival.  If the 
house is left excessively dirty, your security deposit will be charged 
for additional cleaning charges.  Our housekeeping staff will make the 
final preparations of the house for the next guests.   
 
PETS: Our property is not designed to safely house pets. Contact us 
for further information.  
 
AIR CONDITIONING: As Lake Tahoe enjoys a temperate climate during 
summer, we do not have air-conditioning. 
 
DEPOSITS: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit of 50% of 
total charges.  
 
SECURITY DEPOSIT: All rentals require a security deposit. The minimum 
deposit is $800.00 but may be made higher due to special 
circumstances. The security deposit must be paid together with the 
payment of the remaining fifty percent (50%) 30 days before arrival 
date.  However, deposits for weekly Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New 
Years reservations must be received 60 days before arrival. Any 
damages to the unit resulting from misuse, neglect abuse or theft by 
the guest or any member of his party or invitee will be charged to the 
security deposit.  We will deposit the security deposit upon receiving 
it.   The security deposit shall be refunded back within 10 days after 
receiving the keys to the property if the property is left in good 
condition. ** 
 
REFUNDS: Fifty percent (50%) of deposit is refundable is the 
reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival. No 
refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of 
arrival for any reason and within 60 days of arrival for weekly 
Holiday bookings. Security deposit of $800.00 is refundable after ten 
days after keys are mailed back if property is left without any 
damages or excessive dirt. **
