Spacious 3 Bdr/3.5 Bath Private Villa with (6) queen beds, and (1) twins, All three bedrooms have balconies, private baths, individual A/C systems, and ceiling fans, and are all located on the 2nd Floor.
On the 1st floor are (2) pull-outs, which make this Villa tremendous VALUE. Also on the first floor is the Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining for 10, a Reading Room, a Sitting Room, and a Family Room with FLAT screen TV and Dish Satellite.
FREE long distance calling and FREE wireless internet.
There is a small but deep Private Freshwater pool, outdoor sitting areas, and private laundry facility.
This may be the ONLY house you can rent where you will NOT need a car. You are two blocks to the beach and two blocks to all the action downtown. A variety of very good eating places are right outside the door, as well as City Club (a Mexican Sam's Club) right on the same block.
We have owned this house since 2004 and hope to own it forever. We love it.
