Light and bright corner unit overlooks the beautiful Tahoe Basin National Forest and Conservatory Land and is across the street from the beach. This 3 level, 1750 s.f. townhome offers 5 bedrooms; 3 on the entry level -- one with a Master B.R/King bed; one with a queen bed; and one with double sized bunk beds, great for children! Also on this floor is a bathroom and the laundry area. The second floor has the living area, kitchen, another Master bedroom and bath. The top floor has a loft/office with King bed, plus a desk for your office needs. The unit is equipped with WiFi and a Flat Screen wall-mounted plasma television as well as televisions in both the loft area and the entry level Master Bedroom.

The Recreational Center offers a near Olympic sized pool, 2 hot tubs, ping pong table, 3 tennis courts, basketball court, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball, a 20-station par course and an outdoor BBQ/deck area with a kitchen for group entertaining. The interior of the Lodge has video games, pool table, pinball arcade, TV, large fireplace, men and women's saunas, shower and locker facilities.
Our unit has 3 TVs, and a DVD player, wireless Internet, 3 balconies, gas grill, fully stocked kitchen with equipment to prepare casual to formal meals. You'll find a dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, toaster oven, microwave, waffle iron, slow cooker and a blender. All glassware, including red and white wine glasses, martini glasses, beer mugs, champagne flutes and cocktail glasses. In-unit washer and dryer. Gas fireplace. Free local and long distance telephone. All linens, including extra pillows and blankets are provided. Beach towels are provided. There are several movies for your viewing pleasure as well as games for young and old alike.
Carnelian Woods is a family-friendly community. Our unit also includes use of a pack-n-play, high chair and car seat for your little one.

Carnelian Woods is on Tahoe's North Shore centrally located to several ski areas, including Northstar, Mount Rose, Squaw Valley, Alpine, Homewood, Boreal, Donnor, Sugar Bowl, Soda Springs and Diamond Peak. We are 15 minutes from Incline Village and the casinos, and about 45 minutes from South Shore. Located a short walk down the hill to the Lake and beach, enjoy kayaking and paddleboarding or simply watch the world go by. Carnelian Woods is also across the street from the famous "Gar Woods" Restaurant as well as the Sierra Boatworks, home of annual "Concours d'elegance" boat show.
Hiking trails are abundant -- for every level hiker. Mountain biking is right out the door. Nearby is miniature golfing, fishing, restaurants, 7-11, and the Post Office. You will never run out of things to do!

Winter (11/19 - 4/3)-- 3 nights - $235/night; 4-5 nights - $215; 6+ nights - $210/night
Christmas-New Year's - $1850/week
President's Day Weekend (4 night minimum) $265/night
Spring (4/4 - 6/9) - same as Fall rates
Summer (6/10 - 9/4) - same as Winter rates
$150.00 Cleaning Fee for each rental period. 25% deposit with contract reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to rental. If renting with less than 30 days notice, cash, money order or bank check will be required.
