First floor opens to large Master Bedroom with Queen Bed and Twin Futon, large full bathroom attached.  Bedroom opens to nice patio with gas grill available for cooking.

Second floor opens to spacious living room with comfortable, Italian leather furniture, beautiful decoration and artwork, and 52 inch TV with DVD player for entertainment.  Beautiful hardwood floors throughout with spacious floor plan that opens to a full dining room and large kitchen with granite countertops and kitchenette, with powder-room located off of kitchen.  All the amenities necessary for carefree and relaxing vacation: dishwasher, washer/dryer, pots/pans/cookware/dishware, blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, etc.  Living room opens to spacious and breezy deck with outdoor lighting.

Third floor has three bedrooms.  Master bedroom has King bed, large walk-in closet, TV and large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and full shower. Second bedroom has Queen bed and third has Twin Trundle bed.  Two bedrooms share hallway full bathroom.

Townhouse also has sparkling, refreshing pool, which is great after a long day at the beach.

Fall Rates (September and October): $1,400/week $175/night*

Off-season Rates (November - May): $1,175/week $175/night*

Note: A $500 down payment is required for all weekly rentals.

*Nightly / weekend rentals have addditional flat charge of $35 cleaning fee.
