This tastefully furnished, 3 bedroom casita has been updated with new carpeting and paint and includes everything but your suitcases and groceries; a large, secured Arizona room, a fully outfitted kitchen with all appliances, private W/D, and easy access to two designated parking spots in front.
Guests are welcome to use the fully-equipped rec center with a pool, Jacuzzi, tennis, and craft classes that is a short drive or ½ mile walk down the street or use any of the 12 other Green Valley Recreation Centers with pools (one indoor), jacuzzi spas, woodworking shop, jewelry making studio, ceramic center, entertainment and more for a nominal guest fee.
