The Spinnaker Point complex offers a large heated swimming pool with shower and restrooms. There is also a well maintained tennis court. The apartment has an assigned parking space. The canal offers sailboat access to the Gulf- docking is based on availablity, Spinnaker Point is a great place to bring your boat!
The apartment offers high ceilings, with new ceiling fans throughout. It is fully furnished with leather sofas, dining room, tv in each bedroom and a flat screen tv 49' in the living room, cable, phone and internet . The condo is fully equipped- just bring your suitcase!
This is the perfect place to enjoy the best winter weather anywhere!!!!
