Situated in Silver Creek, a tranquil and picturesque new vacation community just one mile north of the US192 and 12 minutes from Disney Main Gate West, our villa offers all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves, at very affordable family value rates! The villa has two master en-suites with two king size beds and its own large private bathroom, one queen bed room, two guest rooms with twin beds, and a queen size sofa sleeper. It comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. It has 4 full bath rooms. The villa has a large covered lanai. The villa has a private pool with SPA with open view in the back (no rear neighbors). Gas BBQ. Game room, Wii console (bring your favorite games). All rooms have LCD TVs (total of 7 TVs).

At the entrance of the community, you will find Winn Dixie Supermarket, post office, bank, hair dresser, and a pizza place.  Drive half a mile north on Rt 27, you will find CVS, Walgreens, and game shop for video game rentals for we have a GameCube in our villa. Wal-mart super center is about half mile south on Rt 27. You can pretty much buy anything you need within 5 minute drive

Rates are from $795 - $1599 based on low, medium or high seasons * A 13% tourist tax needs to be applied.* $300 (or higher for longer than a week) security deposit is required at the time of booking.* Optional pool heat is $145/week or $25/day (has to be ordered when booking).* Stays of 7 days or less incur $100 cleaning fee.* Rates for Holidays are various depending on demand. Please email for special rate, last minute discount, and availability.
