This chic modern apartment is newly renovated and spotless. We loved the new kitchen appliances, and Ikea furniture. the apartment is light and breezy and a great place to relax. Nearby are plenty of great restaurants, and shopping. The view from the balcony is exquisite.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Lovely condo by the beach in Surfside

The condo was lovely, just as beautiful as the pictures. Our contact person was very nice and helpful, the front men of the building always polite, the building is clean and tidy everywhere, and the apartment itself was nice.

The location is approximately a 15 minutes car ride from South Beach, and ten minutes drive from Aventura mall, which is a shopping dream come true for any tourists, espescially from out of States.

There is a grocery store three blocks north, Publix. Great place to buy breakfast stuff.

Flanigan's nearby is a cool bar/restaurant with great staff and good food and drinks.

I will give this place my best recommendations for anyone on vacation in Miami.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
