vacation rental description
Charming Nantucket home located in the Cisco Beach area. Located .6 of a mile from the public golf course and less than 2 miles from the beach. In a very convenient location near Miacomet Golf Course, Bartlett Farm, Cisco Brewery, and East Coast Seafood. All are available to you on your way home from the beach. And it's nice to be able to avoid the madness of downtown when you want to.
The home has a wide open living area with a large island in the kitchen. Great for hanging out after the beach. You can be cooking dinner, watching TV, and playing board games all in the same area. Approximately 3200 sq feet of living space including a loft on the second floor with a sitting area and televsion.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The master bedroom located on the first floor has a king size bed. The two bedrooms upstairs have a king size bed in one room and two double beds in the oth

Gas Stove, electric oven, warming oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, Al-clad pots and pans, many other kitchen tools. Television in the family room with HBO, DVR, DVD player, Stereo. Lots of board games, movies to watch, and books to read. In the basement is ping pong, foos ball, and darts. There are 6 beach chairs, 6 beach towels, 2 beach umbrellas, large cooler.
There is a television in the master bedroom and one in the loft/sitting area on the second floor. Each bedroom has a bathroom with a shower.
There is also an outdoor shower.

Beach, surfing, swimming, hiking many trails all over the island, biking on the bike paths, crab fishing, shore fishing for blues, stripers, and others, deep sea fishing, golfing on Miacomet Golf course (fabulous 18 hole course), dining out at the many wonderful restaurants that Nantucket as to offer, ice skating at the ice rink, rollerblading, shopping downtown, The Whaling Museum, Tours around the island, downtown tours, Cisco Brewery for Happy Hour :) Eating in and getting your produce from the Farm and your fish from East Coast Seafood :)

The maximum rental rate is from July 1st, 2010 to September 4th, 2010
Minimum rent is for May, June, September, and October.
You can get in the house on Sunday after 3pm and must be out by 10am the Sunday you are scheduled to leave.
