Luxury Dahl House in Tahoe Donner

Welcome to Luxury Dalh House, perhaps the best appointed home in our entire program.    The owners recently finished remodeling the entire home in October 2012 with luxury amenities and no detail was spared.   Enjoy various forms of heat relaxation including, outdoor hot tub, separate outdoor sauna and new interior steam room.

Main Floor :  The kitchen is a chefs dream and well stocked as both owners love to cook.   Everything is available to make a sumptuous meal. 
The main floor guest bedroom offers a twin bed with a loft ladder accessing a double size bed.  (not recommended for young children)  sleeps 3.
Adjacent to the bedroom is a dual sink bath with enclosed dual head steam shower.   Enjoy the radiant heat floors!  The living room offers a full entertainment center with surround sound and also provides sound to the rear patio.   This room has 3 double couch beds (not included in the sleep count)

Upstairs-:  The childrens bunk room has 3 twin size beds, flat screen/blue ray player and a bumper pool table.   Can you say fun for Kids?  In the middle is a beautifully done bathroom with dual sinks.  The next guest bedroom features a Queen size bed with a ladder accessible sleeping loft with a twin floor mattress.   (Please be careful when climbing the ladder)  This room sleeps 3.

Upstairs Master Suite-:   This is an incredible two story room with steps leading up to a sumptuous new King Size bed  with and adjacent office.   Please feel free to use the computer printer and scanner.   The suite has an impressive bathroom with dual sinks, jetted tub, spacious shower with dual heads and even a bidet.   Set a romantic mood by lighting a fire in the wood burning hearth featuring a custom wrought iron screen.   The closet is a work of art.   The entire suite is simply stunning!

Outdoor Rear Patio:   Enjoy enjoy the newly landscaped patio with hot tub and patio furniture.   The rear patio may not be useable in winter due to snow.  The rear patio may not be useable in winter due to snow.   Located in the back of the property is the custom built free standing sauna house with an inbuilt commercial sauna heater. 

This property is located on the upper end of Northwoods Blvd.,  just a few minutes drive from the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski area.   A large benefit of being located on Northwoods is that it is the first street to be plowed in Tahoe Donner.   The house is set back from the road and you cannot hear traffic from the inside.   The driveway is initially steep  but levels off at the top parking pad.   A 4 wheel drive with tires that are in good shape are required for a winter reservation.  There is a two car garage that will accommodate 1 small to mid size car on the left and one mini.  Key chain style garage door openers are available attached to the Tahoe Donner Guest passes.

Tahoe Donner is well known for its diverse amenities!   Use your guest passes to enjoy the Trout Creek Fitness center, outdoor heated lap pool and 3 large spas.   The tennis facility is the best in Tahoe with 10 courts, lessons and pro-shop.  The Donner Lake beach club is located on the west end of Donner Lake.   The beach club offers paddle boards, kayaks, windsurfers and catamarans for rent - fun for the whole family.   The guest passes allow 4 guests per pass to enter with a nominal charge of $8.50 per head per day.   Other amenities guests can enjoy are the Tahoe Donner Downhill area and world class Nordic Center - perfect for beginning skiers.   Play the Tahoe Donner 18 hole championship golf course  and be sure to play the Coyote Moon golf course too.   A fun family activity is to go to Pizza on the hill where you can enjoy pizza, beer, wine while watching your kids ramble over the playground.

As always, every 4th night is free, so you should definitely plan to stay longer and save!  Every 7th night is free during the 4 peak holiday weeks.

No guest groups under 25 allowed, NO SMOKING, NO PETS.   Please know that reservations may not be cancelled once they are made.
