This home is ideal for any kind of get away.  It has every convenience imaginable.  Inside, tile throughout with wood floors in the bedrooms.  Coastal interior decorations throughout.  Tommy Bahama furniture with a wall to wall customized entertainment center featuring a play station 3 to entertain your little ones (or even the kid in you - actual games not included or supplied).  An HD blue ray CD player.  Surround sound audio system.  A huge 52" flatscreen TV (cable included). The living room is surrounded by windows that assure a view you will want to take advantage of no matter what time of day. In the kitchen you will have all the necessities you will need from plates to cups, pots and pans, utensils and grilling gear.  A microwave, coffee machine, glass top stove is just a few of the appliances included for your convenience and comfort. The dining room provides seating placements for 6.  It is a beautiful glass table with a unique look of textured wood.  A customized china wall unit makes it all come together nicely. The master bedroom is huge!  A king, white poster bed, two night stands, massive dresser and mirror makes the bedroom meet any and all of your demands. A flat screen TV is provided to assure you have the convenience no matter what room in the house you decide to watch your favorite programs in. A walk in closet with customized drawers comfortably fits all of your wardrobe and articles.  The master bedroom has it's own bathroom and shower.  All the towels and linens are provided.  A washer and dryer is included so you never have to worry about enough clean clothes.  The guest bedroom is also in white.  Two twin beds with a petite armoire and a big closet.  Also a flat screen TV.  Since my passion is fishing there is an ice machine and freezer downstairs. A must when going fishing!!! Down stairs outside patio furniture consisting of a full sofa and love seat with tables and a breeze that will make you want to re consider leaving and not taking a nap!  The big difference about this place is we are at the end of a cul-de-sac and I own both lots, matter fact the whole corner. So we are halfway surrounded by water. Two big docks and seawalls.  If the fishing isn't good on one side sometimes I go over to the other and catch something! Plenty of room for another couple if they want to come with their motorhome, I have a large gated lot for that kind of thing. The place is nicely fenced in and gated for security and privacy. And something else I have like no one else?  Landscaping! No, I mean I have grass and shrubs all perfectly trimmed, just like home. None of that shell yard stuff, it just felt wrong. And when I'm ready to go out on the boat, there's the ocean 50 yards away. (see picture) I hope you can come and make your own memories like my family and I have.

A refundable security deposit of $350-$500.00 (minus $200.00 cleaning fee/utilities) will reserve your dates.

Should there be more than the stipulated amount of children or adults the deposit will be forfeited.  Same applies to guests with animals not disclosed or pre-authorized.

Balance due and deposits go non-
refundable 60 days prior to rental date.
Pro-rated refund upon evacuation for a hurricane.
