This well maintained, immaculate, set in a very quiet neighborhood, four-bedroom home sits beautifully overlooking a lake with its own palm trees creating gentle breezes at night within the confines of famed PGA National. It has very beautifully manicured lawns. Each room is well-appointed with flat screen TVs with cable; the living room has a large HDTV and DVD and video player. The house is split with the Master Bedroom and Master bathroom on one side of the home, while the guest quarters are on the other side house. Additionally there is a large eat-in kitchen that's equipped with everything to meet your cooking needs. There is a formal dinning room, comfortable family room, a well stocked playroom/library and zoned air-conditioning. The house is professionally cleaned before your arrival, sheets are washed and changed, comforters are dry cleaned and everything is left spotless. More importantly, it has everything you need to make you feel right at home.

Home is just around the corner from PGA Resort and hotel’s world-renowned spa with live entertainment held on most evenings at hotel. On PGA Boulevard just outside PGA National, there are countless restaurants to choose from. Everything from Mexican to great Steak Houses, everything is close by. There are also many places just to have a drink and great time. PGA National is 15 minutes away from Juno Beach, and is also centrally located with I 95 and the Turnpike close by and easily accessible. It’s also 20 minutes away from West Palm Beach airport and 55 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport.

Rates are based on the time of the year, and includes the use of full golf membership at tenant’s option. Tenant is responsible for membership transfer fee.
