The Downtown Queen Anne Studio (550 sf) is right in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara, walking distance everywhere!  Walk 3 blocks downtown to State St with all the boutique shops and restaurants and Paseo Nuevo Shopping Center. Walk 10 blocks to East Beach, Cabrillo Blvd right in front of the ocean and the Pier!  Drive 4 minutes to Coast Village Road, the Upper & Lower Villages, and the 4 Seasons Biltmore in Montecito. 

There is a dining area with seating for 4 that overlooks Bath St.  There is a full kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stove, mircrowave, coffee maker, coffee and fixins and toaster. There are also dinnerware, silverware and mugs for 4!

When you arrive at the Queen Anne Apartment Building, ascend the staircase to the 2nd floor where you will find the Queen Anne Studio.  Enter into the Studio with beautiful hardwood floor, high ceiling, charming furnishings with Queen bed, double futon sofabed, dresser, 2 nightstands, tadining table and chairs for 4, 5th chair and coffee table.  There is a TV on the dresser with DVD and cox expanded cable viewing with many channels.

Look to the back left and you will find the cute full bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower combo, sinks, etagerie and toilet! 

Enter into the full kitchen which is right back.  Everything you need is there in the nice sized kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and more!

With an ideal downtown Santa Barbara location, this Queen Anne Victorian Studio is just 4 minutes drive to Butterfly Beach, Coast Village Rd and the 4 Seasons Biltmore in Montecito!  Walk 3 blocks downtown to State Street with all the boutique shops and restaurants, Paseo Nuevo shopping center and 10 blocks to East Beach, Cabrillo Blvd with the Sunday Farmer's Market and the Pier!
