Seacrest II Condo, Unit #3 at 3703 5th Avenue in Holmes Beach, is a very comfortably furnished and recently updated unit in a smaller complex, just a few short steps to the beach. Seacrest offers a heated pool, and every amenity to make your stay here a comfortable one. After a day at the beach, you can relax by the pool or in the private, nicely landscaped picnic area. This unit sleeps six with a king size bed, a queen size bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room. High speed wireless internet with free domestic long distance calling is included. There are three flat screen televisions and two DVD players for your use. Even a small electric fireplace for cooler evenings.  Unit includes your own washer/dryer.  There are two Weber kettle grills are available for guests to use. This unit can be rented in conjunction with three other units at Seacrest Condo for larger groups up to twenty two. If you are looking to experience pure relaxation, come to Seacrest II Condo. It doesn't get any better than this. One week minimum rental.

The Sea Crest Condo, 3, has recently been updated to include a top of the line king mattress, an electric fireplace that offers both heat and no heat functions.  The LR television is set up to receive high definition cable.  There are two screened balconies with newly installed ceiling fans.   There is a wagon in the storage shed that will haul all your gear to the beach.  The master bath has a walk in shower (no tub) and the guest/hall bath has a tub/shower combination.  There are plenty of pots/pans, dishes, glassware, and serving utensils.  You'll find a set of melamine tropical patterened plates and glasses for a picnic on the beach.  Bicycles are being added in November.

close to beach, short drive to the Ringling Museum and Marie Selby Gardens.  Close to fishing piers, boat/jet ski rentals.  Several restaurants within walking distance and many more on the free island trolley line.

The realtor who represents this property has implemented a complex pricing strategy.  There is no way to list the pricing in this rate format, so please contact regarding your specific dates.  The winter months are at the high end of the scale with fall months being the least expensive. There are four holiday weeks: Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas, that the realtor will assess a 25% surcharge

HOLIDAY RATES: Holiday rates apply to Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks and are subject to a 25% price increase.

RENTAL DOWN PAYMENT:  Weekly reservations require a $500.00 rental deposit. Reservations of one month or more require a $1000.00 deposit. These rental down payments are required to confirm your reservation but are applied toward your final payment. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellationEach reservation requires a $35.00 non-refundable reservation fee.

SECUTY DEPOSIT PROTECTION:  ($40)This Rental Unit Damage Protection plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check out. The policy will have a maximum benefit of $3,000.00. Any damages that exceed $3,000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our Rental Properties, an Insured Person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $3,000.00. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Rental Unit Damage Protection coverage are contained in the Certificate of Insurance or Insurance Policy. The Rental Unit Damage Protection can be purchased up to, and including at, check in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly Island Vacation Properties, LLC any amount payable under the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Unit Damage Protection. Please contact Island Vacation Properties, LLC directly if you do not wish to participate in this plan or assignment.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel Insurance is available by CSA Travel Protection for United States, Canadian and UK residents only. It is automatically calculated and added to your contract on the day of reservation. Travel Insurance offers protection against loss of deposits and rent in case of unforeseen illness, accident, jury duty or adverse weather that stops travel within 10 days of receipt of the rental documents. To protect against the loss of your rental payment and deposit, travel insurance is strongly recommended. Some landlords require a higher deposit if travel insurance is declined.

RENTAL PAYMENTS:  Final rental payments are due in full, thirty days prior to occupancy, payable by check to Island Vacation Properties.  Keys will not be dispersed until final payment is made. Credit cards are accepted for deposits only; we do not accept credit cards for your final rental payment.

RESERVATION CHANGES: Should you request a reservation change to shorten or change your rental dates, a $25.00 processing fee will apply.

TAX: Rentals of less than six months are subject to Florida State Sales Tax of 6.5% and Manatee County Resort Tax of 5%.
