cottage in beautiful Lake Lanier .... located just minutes from
Atlanta. The house is conveniently located a few steps from the
water and offers spectacular lake views! The private dock includes a
party deck and is located very close to the house. Great place for
swimming, fishing or just catching some sun rays. Perfect mid-lake
location, on the west end of the lake with easy access from GA 400,
food stores, shopping and restaurants.
The house has a very open feeling with cathedral ceilings, hardwood
floors, skylights and many windows overlooking the lake. Large wrap
around deck and a screened porch, perfect for relaxing and enjoying
the view. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped. Linens and
towels are included. Please check the extensive list of amenities
included.
Why select this house? Due to restrictions many lake homes have
trees that obscure all or most of the views. Also many have long,
steep paths to get to the dock. This house provides unobstructed
views with grass down to the shore and very easy access to a private
dock ... perfect for a vacation!

* Weekly rentals are Saturday 4PM through Saturday 10am. Shorter than weekly rentals are sometimes available, please inquire.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if canceled, in writing, at least 60 days prior to arrival. There is a $50 cancellation processing fee.
