The house is most recently professionally furnished and is in EXCELLENT condition, perfect for your party of 10. It is also kids/baby friendly. There are game consoles; Pool table; TV in every room (6TVs). (A big plus for kids! So they won't fight for channels...)

This beautiful villa sleeps up to 12 people, with two master suites, each has a king/queen size bed, and its private bathroom. It is the best accommodation for two families (to share the fun and the cost!!) All sheets and linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and silverware. Free High-speed internet, cable TVs (42' Plasma TV) and a game room, plus a super sized, heated (optional) pool backing up to the fantastic conservation view make your vacation perfect. It is located in the quiet and safe yet conveniently located community right off Highway 27 and 192, only 9 miles to Disney. Dinning and shopping (a Super WalMart is within 0.5 mile away) are all nearby.

Rates are from $699 - $1199 based on low, medium or high seasons
* A 13% tourist tax needs to be applied.
* $300 (or higher for longer than a week) security deposit is required at the time of booking.
* Optional pool heat is $145/week or $25/day (has to be ordered when booking).
* Stays of 7 days or less incur $90 cleaning fee.
* Rates for Holidays are various depending on demand.
