Escape to perfect location for the perfect vacation. This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath sunny beach 1940s bungalow is literally 150 steps from the gorgeous, pristine Gulf beach. It is a one minute walk to The Paradise Grille Cafe on the beach, the famous Hurricane restaurant and public transportation. Only three blocks from the shops and restaurants of Historic 8th Avenue, and yet on one of the quietest streets in Pass-a-Grille. There really is not a better location.
The house sleeps 4, and has an eat-in kitchen, living room and enclosed front porch with Gulf view. Off street parking for up to three cars, and a large fenced-in back yard. This cottage has a very relaxed vibe, perfect for beach life. Washer/dryer, central air, cable and Florida-tiled shower with deep tub. Dogs welcome. No smoking allowed in the house.
