River Run in Alpine Meadows

Nestled on the banks of the Truckee River, River Run #19 is great for winter and summer fun.

Located at the base of Alpine Meadows Road behind infamous (and delicious) River Ranch Restaurant, with outside patio grill in the summer, and year-round fine dining and bar. Only 1 mile to the entrance of Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows Ski Resort, and 4 miles to downtown Tahoe City.

Bike path very convenient, and HOA amenities for everyone: seasonal pool, hot tub, and new sauna, plus tennis courts all surrounded by Tahoe National Forest land.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathrrom, plus loft vacation rental soaks in the sounds of the river, and boasts incredible views upstream and of the towering cliffs all around. You can even enjoy live music on the patio at River Ranch across the way during summer months. Also within walking distance and located on the river, is the Crest Cafe'; great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

With two entries, RR19 is quite accomodating. The lower level features two rooms, each with Queen bed, and private bathrooms, and a shared deck over the river. Both rooms with TV/DVD.

Mid-level offers a living area with leather couches, woodburning fireplace, TV/DVD, deck over the river with charcoal BBQ, kitchen and dining room with seating for 6. Updated, and very nice. Fresh paint and carpets throughout. Full bath also on mid-level, and bedroom with Queen bed, TV/DVD. and door to the shared living room deck.

Upstairs is a loft with 2 Single beds. Incredible view of the river from the 3rd floor!

This beautiful 3-story condominium is clean, warm, comfortable, and has one of the best locations on the North Shore. 

The third level is a loft with two single beds and additional space, with a beautiful view of the river.

Free Ski shuttle service directly across the street is available to and from  Alpine Meadows is available every 1/2 hour.  Amenities on ther property include: Large hot-tub facility, sauna and bathouses for guests to enjoy all year-round, plus a pool and tennis courts for summer.

Maximum occupancy: 6 adults plus children. Sorry, no pets.

Minimum stay is two nights.
