located on the penthouse floor, the 7th, of the Surfside Club
Condos. The balcony is very spacious, 30 feet long (mol), and seperated
from units on each side for the ultimate in privacy. Living room and master bedroom both open
to balcony, the Atlantic Ocean and its cool breezes.
Master suite has large dressing area with built-in vanity and
direct access to master bath. The master bedroom has a
queen size bed and "black-out" drapes for those mornings you wish to
sleep in. Second bedroom has 2 twin size beds. We also have
two aerobeds for additional guests.
We are constantly up-dating our condo. In last two
years we have replaced all wallpaper, carpet, drapes, stove,
refrigerator, TVs, VCR-DVD, toaster oven, new paint, etc
Large supply of linens and towels.
We also have floats, beach chairs, boogie boards, even children's
sand toys.
Individual assigned garage with automatic opener.
Surfside Club is a locked and secured building. It is very well
maintained. Located on AIA, or Atlantic Blvd.
It is less than a block south of the Dunlawton Bridge. Beautiful
View!!

Heated Pool, Children's pool, TV's in living room, both bedrooms.
VCR-DVD in living room. Fully equipped kitchen includes ice maker,
microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, all cooking and eating
utensils. Complete supply of linens and towels.
No pets
No Smoking

Swimming, boating, fishing, tennis, golf, miniature golf, shopping,
restaurants, sightseeing, surfing, biking,(we have 2 beach bikes)
cook-outs on the beach.
A short drive to the Orlando attractions of
Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet & Wild.
Less than an hour drive to historical St. Augustine. A great
day trip. If you wish to drive south we are within an hour of Cape
Canaveral and the space center. (if you are lucky enough to be at
condo during a space launch its a great view from balcony)

Monthly rental or longer only; any rental of less than one month will
be charged the monthly rate. All rates are subject to 12.5% state and
local taxes.
Rental range: $1700.00 to $2000.00 per month plus taxes
Owner pays electric(up to $100.00 per month), water, cable, and basic
telephone.
Refundable security and electric deposit of $300.00 required and
non-refundable cleaning fee of $80.00.
