Air conditioning. One of the best locations in the complex! Great pool area with hot tub and grilling areas all surrounded by palm trees.

Glendale is a great city and this condo is in a fantastic location!!!
Easy access to everything you could possibly need. Drive to most places (restaurants, shopping, sports, etc.) within minutes. Walking distance to Safeway Frye's and Starbucks along with many other shops and some restaurants. Thunderbird Park is located next to the complex. Great walking path and sitting/relaxing areas. For the sportsfan...why not check out a Arizona Cardinals game, Phoenix Coyotes or Arizona State University game. All these venues are very close by. There are MANY excellent Golf Courses in the area as well as Horse Racing and NASCAR.

Also, there is a lovely unit across from ours that is available to rent which would work out great for groups traveling together.

January 1 - April 30 $1600/month
May 1 - September 30 $1150/month
October 1 - December 31 $1300/month
Half of the total cost of your stay is due to reserve the unit and the remainder plus damage deposit is due at least 31 days prior to the start of your stay.
*Damage Deposit Required
Check-In - 3:00pm Check-Out - 11:00am These times can be adjusted if the condo is not occupied by another vacationer at the begining or end of your stay.
