Vacation Rental Description

YOU will not be disappointed in this CUTE HOUSE.

Cute Little Cottage situated on the Beautiful East Fork of the 
Pigeon River - just outside Waynesville in the township of Cruso. 
This three (3) bedroom, one bath which has gone through a complete 
remodel. Stunning wood floors, comfortable bedding, leather 
furniture in the family room, etc.  
You will love our river - FISHING for trout and bass abounds 
in this area as well as just down the road to the west fork of the 
Pigeon River.  There is a swimming hole right at the back of this 
property that sits in front of the owners 72 acre parcel running all 
the way to the top of the ridge.  Some hiking excursions available 
with fee & waiver signature.  The ridge line behind this home runs 
all the way to the famed COLD MOUNTAIN.  Property also has a garage 
apartment that may be rented separately.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home has three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a 
Full size bed and twin, the third bedroom has two twin beds.   All 
bedrooms have closets. The kitchen has good appliances and all the 
essentials. Other amenities include a satellite TV, DVD 
player, and covered/front porch with rockers and mountain views.
