This stunning Pelican Bay Condo with 3 bedrooms located in the Saint Nicole, a beautiful high rise! First Floor, Granite kitchen, tile floors, balcony with view of pool.  A few steps to the Berm and you can catch the free shuttle to one of two private beach clubs, where chairs, umbrellas, or cabanas are provided at no additional charge. Or, stay at home and lounge in the pool or hot tub. 

All the fine interior amenities that you would expect: fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, porcelain flooring, and expansive balcony with private lanai and views of the pool and gardens. Step out your back door to find an environmentally friendly electric shuttle with driver to whisk you to the white sands of Pelican Bay's private beach! Complimentary, staffed beachside amenities await you: lounge chairs, sun umbrellas, and cabanas are set up for you when you arrive. Sip a cocktail or grab a bite to eat at one of the beachside private eateries. Or take a stroll down the wide sandy beach. On the way home from the beach, sit back and enjoy the scenery. Nature abounds on the property, with an abundance of natural wildlife to capture the curious eye.

Back at home, your screened in Lanai and Balcony overlook the sparkling pool and hot tub. Master bedroom has king sized bed and full master bath. Have kids or guests?  2 guest rooms each have 2 twin beds, and there is one full guest bathroom.  Located right on the "South Berm" so there is no need to drive to get to the beach. 

Pelican Bay offers its members a multitude of amenities from dining to fitness. Four beach restaurants, three of which are open year round offer casual beachfront dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Take a leisurely stroll on the beach or participate in beach-side fitness classes.

Tennis is Included!  Pelican Bay's highly active tennis program encompasses two facilities & there is a full Pro Shop. Canoeing and sailing are also available. The new Community Center offers state-of-the-art fitness equipment and services including exercise classes, and massage therapy.

Sailing (Hobie-cat) and Sea-Kayaks are included in your rental and available right at the beach.

The State of the Art, Pelican Bay Community Center also offers classes and open use in computers, art, bridge, as well as social, and educational programs and events. Staying in Pelican Bay is an experience unlike any other!

The St. Nicole has a private pool and hot tub, it's own workout room with weights, eliptical machine and treadmills, library (all guests and owners are welcomed to borrow books on their honor), a media room, and billiard room. Also comfortable common area is popular with members for card games, socializing, and movie watching.

Bike, walk, or run on the 3 mile Berm, where tropical birds, large turtles, small alligators, and sea otters make their home.  Private Beaches are refined and quiet. Enjoy either casual or elegant beachfront dining at the private restaurants that have the most reasonable prices in Naples. A Pelican Bay ID card is provided with your rental and is required of all members and guests at all times when on the beach, restaurants, or on the Berm.

Bring your friends and a bottle of wine and small picnic to the beach for the glorious sunsets. Or, enjoy the creative nightly drink specials at the "Sandpiper" restaurant.  Dolphins can be seen almost daily right off the shore.

Shopping and entertainment are all nearby- less than 1 mile to the "Phil"  (Naples Philharmonic) or the upscale Waterside Shops.  Several grocery stores, pharmacies, and theaters are within a short drive.
