Join us at MoonView Chalet, Booh Cabin’s sister property.  Custom  
built, MoonView reflects a luxurious, yet comfortable, approach to  
enjoying the Sierras.  Nearly 1,800 square feet, MoonView  
comfortably sleeps eight and has three large bedrooms (and a queen  
sleeper), two full baths, new carpets, hard wood floors, and all the  
accoutrements of a mountain home that ensures your stay will be a  
memorable one.  You will have breathtaking views of gorgeous granite  
boulders located on and adjacent to the property, which the kids  
love to climb on, as well as plenty of space to wander through the  
open mountain landscape 
 
MoonView Chalet is located in lower Tahoe Donner with easy in and  
out access to ski resorts and recreational activities located nearby  
including Squaw Valley, North Star, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl,  
Royal Gorge and other downhill and cross country areas.  Tahoe  
Donner boasts its’ own downhill and internationally recognized cross  
country areas within 5 minutes of MoonView.  During the summer,  
Tahoe Donner boasts horse back riding at the Equestrian Center, two  
beautiful pools, year round workout facility, golf courses, private  
beach on Donner Lake within 5 minutes from the Chalet. 
 
MoonView is very well appointed and similar to what you will  
experience and enjoy at Booh Cabin – wood burning stove with lots of  
firewood for those snowy nights, large screen TV, surround sound,  
DVD, VCR, a wide collection of CD’s and movies await you.  Egyptian  
cotton robes, premium mattresses and bedding, (including down  
comforters and pillows), cozy towels and bath accessories ensure a  
restful night’s sleep.  All the things you need to serve a gourmet  
dinner complete with a beautiful table and linens are available!   
After dinner, be sure to joy the outdoor fire pit and relax on the  
back deck … watching the full moon rise.  Perhaps you’ll meet our  
resident bunny and family of deer!

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter(11/15-4/30) Non holiday: $295 per night/2 night minimum  
Winter Holiday: $375 per night/3 night minimum 
Summer (5/1-11/14) Nonholiday: $220 per night/2 night minimum  
Sumer Holiday: $240 per night/3 night minimum 
Rental Fees: Add 10% occupancy tax.  Fees due prior to arrival  
Check-in after 4:00 pm;CHECK OUT by 11:00 am; 
Security Deposit = $500, Refund 14 days after departure.  
10% Discount for weekly rates except holiday weeks.  
$125 non-refundable cleaning fee.
