Option 1: Master Suite / House (1 couple) $300.00 per day, plus a 
one time cleaning fee charge of $100.00  "Ideal Honeymoon Hideaway!"

Option 2: Entire 3 bdrm. / 2 bth. House (max. 6 people) $400.00 per 
day, plus a one time cleaning fee of $150.00 

Weekly Rate: Book the home for 7 nights and get 1 night FREE. 

* All rates are subject to 11.42% taxes.
* A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. 
* Deposit is fully refundable with a minimum of 8 weeks cancellation 
notice prior to reservation date. 
* Accepted Methods of Payment: Visa, MC, Discover, Check 

EXTENDED STAYS:
Monthly Rate for party of 2: $5500, plus clean-out fee $300
Monthly Rate max. 6 people occupancy: $7200, plus clean-out fee $500
4.167% excise tax only.
