This 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, one story pool home is on a canal/lake in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all amenities including walking distance to a Publix grocery store.The home has been renovated and includes a new large kitchen with new stainless appliances, granite countertops and an island.
Relax and enjoy the tropical landscaping, swim in the extra large 18' x 40' pool, sunbathe on the large deck, cook on the gas grill which is located on a large brick patio and fish in the lake located at back of property. This lake is one of the few bodies of water that house the Peacock Bass as well as other freshwater fish.
Home is located in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for enjoying a morning jog or an evening walk.

Living room has a reclining leather couch, matching reclining loveseat, reclining chaise and a 50" flat screen TV.
Family room has a couch, matching loveseat  & sliders to pool deck.
TV are connected to Xfinity (Comcast). The house is equipped with wireless internet service.
Four bedrooms~master bedroom has a queen size pillow-top mattress, ensuite bathroom with large shower, walk-in closet, one bureau, one chest, mirror and sliders that open to the pool deck ~ second bedroom also has a new queen size pillow-top mattress, walk in closet and lots of drawer space with a bureau and chest of drawers ~ third bedroom has a new double size bed, large closet and two chests of drawers~fourth bedroom is decorated in a tropical design and has two twin beds, nightstand, large closet and one chest of drawers. There is also an inflatable queen size mattress for a total of ten places to sleep. There is a ceiling fan in each of the four bedrooms. Abundance of sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and washclothes for your convenience.
The home has 2 1/2 bathrooms ~ master bath has a large walk-in shower and toilet, the vanity with sink is through another doorway ~ Second full bath has a toilet, tub and vessel sink on a 24" vanity ~ Half bath has a toilet and vanity with sink
The kitchen has been renovated with granite countertops, 42" cabinets, stainless appliances which include a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and filtered water on the door, Bosch dishwasher, 4 burner glass cook-top, microwave and a double oven which can bake convection or regular heat. Kitchen has extra deep double black granite sinks, 12 cup coffeemaker, 4 slice toaster, heavy duty glass blender and an island filled with spices. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and bakeware for family and friend gatherings. The cold water from the faucet is filtered.
Dining room has glass top table which seats 6-8 people.
The blacktop driveway fits 4-5 cars.
The yard is landscaped with tropical plants including banana, hibiscus, bromelaids, orchids, oleander, heliconias, desert roses and flowering trees that produce Chanel #5 and Joy perfume.
Backyard has extra large 18' x 40' pool, decking around the pool with several chairs, large brick patio with gas grill and a table. The backyard is fenced with a 5' high chain link fence with a gate that opens to the lake. This lake is one of the few lakes that has Peacock Bass as well as other freshwater fish. There is a canoe for fishing or exploring the lake.
Laundry facilities include a stacked full size Whirlpool front load washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board.
Home has new A/C unit with heater for added comfort.

Fort Lauderdale is known for fun & sun & beach so there are lots of water sports and watersport rentals. There's parasailing, scuba, snorkling, fishing, swimming or just sunning on the beach. There are alot of rental equipment right at Fort Lauderdale beach.
Enjoy a ride on the "water taxi" and view the homes of celebrities and millionaires ~ There are also waterfront restaurants at certain water taxi stops for you to enjoy ~ Enjoy a concert at the Bank Atlantic center which is about 7 miles from the house.

Hospitals & Walk-In Urgent Care Centers ~ Cleveland Clinic Hospital (10 minute drive). There are many Urgent Care centers including Solantic which is a 2 minute drive from the house

September 1st - October 31st: Nightly $250.00 ~ $1600.00 a week or $6000.00 a month
May 1st - August 31st: Nightly $290.00 ~ $2000.00 a week or $7200.00 a month
November 1st - April 30th: Nightly $375.00 ~ $2500.00 a week or $8000.00 a month

During the months of December and January the house will not be rented for less than one week (7 nights) I apologize for any inconvenience

There is a 3 night minimum stay other months of the year

Dogs are welcome. No cats please. There is a $100.00 refundable deposit per pet. Proof of current license & vaccinations is required prior to arrival. Guests will be responsible to pay additional costs at check-out if there is damage caused by your pet(s). Please keep your dog leashed when not in fenced yard. Please clean up after your pet. URGENT BE ADVISED there are Buffo Toads in the South Florida area which are deadly to dogs. All it takes is one lick of the toad and your dog could die. I will leave phone numbers and addresses of Vets and Emergency Pet Hospitals in the area.

General Policies: Swimming is at your own risk ~ No lifeguard is on duty at the pool.
Please no smoking in the house ~ you may smoke outside but please use an ashtray for your butts

Check-In & Check-Out times are flexible provided other guests are not departing or arriving on those dates ~ otherwise check-in is 4pm & check-outs are 11am (eastern time)

I do not rent to those under 25 years old, college groups or bachelor parties.

A 5% county tax & 6% state tax is built into price

There is a $50.00 fee for insurance. No security checks are needed.

Deposit ~ 50% at time of reservation paid through Paypal. Balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. If full payment is not received 10 days prior to arrival date the deposit will be forfeited and the reservation will be cancelled so that other renters may take that time slot.

Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has cleared.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival. If the same party makes another reservation within 60 days of their cancellation their forfeited deposit will be applied to their new reservation. There are no refunds for early departures or no-shows. I recommend travel insurance to protect your prepaid stay.
