Vacation Rental Description

"Tropical Gardens" in White Sand Village Condo complex is a perfect 
vacation getaway. This luxurious newly remodeled, Florida-style condo 
is beautifully furnished. It is located on the ground floor near 
swimming pool and across the street from world-famous Siesta Key 
Public Beach. Here you can enjoy white sand and warm waters of the 
Gulf of Mexico. Condo complex includes a heated swimming pool, sauna, 
designated covered parking, laundry,clubhouse and boat docking 
facilities. On-site management is available.  
This is a Non-Smoking unit. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Living room with sofa-sleeper, dining area, full kitchen, 1 bedroom 
with king-size bed, 1 bathroom and screened porch. 
Central air conditioning, 2 cable TVs, DVD, 2 telephones, fan in 
every room. All linens, towels and blankets are included. Kitchen has 
all-new appliances including microwave, toaster, coffemaker and all 
utensiles. 
Siesta Key Village is just short stroll. There you will find fine 
restaurants, shops, supermarket, banks and drugstore.
White Sands Village is an hour from Tampa and Bush Gardens; 2 hours 
from Orlando, Disney World, Epcot, Sea World and Universal Studios.   

Activities and Attractions

Golfing, boating, fishing, water skiing, tennis, volleyball and 
picnic area at the beach. Also near by are great shopping outlets, 
fine dining restaurants, antique shops and movie theaters. 
Ringling Museum, Van Wezel Performing Arts Center, Sarasota Ballet, 
Opera, Mote Marine Aquarium, Asolo Theater, Sarasota Jungle Gardens 
and Selby Gardens is 15-20 minutes away. 
Lido beach and well-known St.Armand's Circle with its culinary 
delights, antique and jewelry shops and promenades is just 15 minutes 
away.
