Our stunning Platinum class villa can be your home away from home.  
Beautifully decorated by an interior designer and boasting many 
custom features, our home can be your sanctuary after enjoying the 
wonderful sights and sounds that the Orlando area has to offer.

The luxury Kitchen contains all the amenities that you would expect 
including a microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, stove, 
dishwasher and a large pantry.  With vaulted ceilings and a 
breakfast 
bar the Kitchen overlooks the spacious Great room, with a view to 
the 
wooded conservation land.

The Great room provides direct access to the covered Lanai, the 
extended deck and the private 30'*15' Pool & Spa. The whole Lanai 
and deck is screened so that you can enjoy your time outdoors 
without 
being bothered by pests. There is plenty of seating and loungers for 
the whole family.  Backing right onto the conservation land, there’s 
no better place to relax.  The pool & spa have a westerly aspect 
allowing you to enjoy the afternoon sun.

For our younger guests we provide a range of items at no 
extra charge, including 2 portable cribs/playyards, 2 highchairs, 
stair safety gate, nightlights, baby monitor, safetly latches on 
kitchen cabinets, stollers, games, books, toys, bath toys. 

On the ground floor, Master Bedroom 1 has a King bed, cable TV with 
DVD player, large 
bathroom (2 wash-basins, an oval bath and separate shower), a 
walk-in closet and its own private access to the lanai and pool/spa 
area.

Master Bedroom 2 (also on the ground floor)is elegantly furnished 
with a Queen bed, cable TV with DVD and has its own on-suite 
bathroom. 

The Den/Bedroom 6 can be flexible to your needs.  Equipped with a 
futon bunk, cable TV and a playstation 2 (with a number of games), 
this room can be used either as a bedroom or as a second living 
area.  An ideal room for teenagers or those that are big kids at 
heart.  The playstation 2 can also be used to play DVD movies, great 
news if people want to watch different movies!

The second floor has a further three bedrooms, all with cable TV and 
DVD, and the Family bathroom.  Bedroom 5 boasts another King bed with 
premium furnishings. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each provide sleeping space for 
two people on twin beds.

If you like to golf, the new Mystic Dunes Golf Course is just across 
the road from the Windsor Palms Estate.  Other golf courses are just 
a short drive away.
