Lake Placid features 27 prinstine lakes and over 40 golf courses, also known as the caladium capital of the world.  The city of Lake Placid is full of spectacular murals and downtown has a cozy small town feeling.  The city of Sebring is location about 20 miles north and features shopping, dining, theatres and other activities.  Disney and Universal Studios, Tampa and other tourist attractions are less than a 2 hour drive.  Cypress Gardens, Highlands Hammocks and Bok Towers Gardens are an hour or less away.
Lake McCoy and other area lakes offer swimming, boating, fishing, jet skiing and any other water activity you could think of.

Weekends 2 night minimum $245.00 includes utilities (extra night $50.00)

1. Check in 12:00 noon (early check in available if ready).  Check out 4:00pm
2. $300.00 non refundable security deposit due at reservation.  Deposit will be returned after satisfactory departure. (In the event of cancelation, deposit may be returned in full or part if unit re-rented.)
3. Complete payment due 21 days prior to arrival.
4. Weekends are Thursday - Sunday or Friday - Monday.

Weekly Rental 7 days $500.00 includes utilities (extra day $50.00)
