vacation rental description
This cottage is located on the South shore of the large part of Higgins Lake. It rents for $1,200 per week in July and August. Lower in Fall and Spring, weekends available from Sep to Jun. It sleeps 6, has two bedrooms, one full bathroom, nice size kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and pretty much everything needed for most meals, etc. Nice size living room with fireplace, and two couches and a glider. There is a separate dining area off the kitchen. This room leads to a convenient glassed in front porch with another dining table and several relaxing chairs for just resting and looking at terrific views of the lake. You step out from the enclosed porch unto the outside deck with several deck chairs and one of two picnic tables. There is an outdoor grill, another picnic table and a bon firepit. There is one dock with a 10 x 12 platform on the end with two benches and another shorter dock, and two boat mooring buoys. Washer/dryer, TV with Expanded Cable, DVD.WIFI. Please NO Smoking inside and no pets.
