Open floor plan, seperate video game are includes playstation 2 and
games. An additional Master Bedroom suite with jacuzzi can be added as an additional charge, making 3 master bedrooms and two additional bedrooms. (add $60 per day)

Brochures and a tourist guide is located in home to detail local
attractions. Pompano Beach is just north of Ft. Laurdale and still
close to Miami. Pompano Beach has beautiful city park with tennis,
volley ball, childrens area, trails, large golf course etc. The
beach is only 5 miles away. 95 is only 2 miles away so you can
rapidally reach all of South FLorida's attractions.

Nearby activities include swimming, snorkeling/diving, kayaking,
canoeing, sailing, water-skiing, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing,
riding, tennis, racquetball, basketball, golfing, boating, nature
preserves, shopping malls. Also museums, children's parks, shopping
resturants, pubs, dancing, live theater, cinemas, Imax, Cruises,
and Orioles'baseball spring training. Boat rentals available from
Atlantic Boat Rentals 300 S Federal Highway on the same canal
system, or other rental agencies.

Day trips include everglades, keys, Miami etc. Two day trips could

Rates are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Check in 3:pm, check out 11:am unless approved by all parties.

Upon making your reservation, deposit of $500 dollars per week/$1000
per month is due within 10 days to guarentee your dates.
Deposit refunded after check out and inspection. First rental
installment of 50% due 45 days prior to reservation date, and the
balance due 21 days prior to reservation date.
Tenant must provide identification: Drivers Lic/Passport and one copy Utility Bill
Tenant must sign hold harmless agreement, tenant responsible for injury/accidents to
tenant, family and guests.


A one time cleaning charge of $150, dollars. Maid service is
available

No smoking inside the house please, no pets.
