The home was completely re-modeled in 2009 with stainless appliances in kitchen, granite countertops, new tile, new wood flooring, new lighting, Sony flat screen HDTV's, new Trex deck on beachside, with Trex deck path all the way to the beach. Large windows across the front provide a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. This is a no-smoking home.
