Welcome to your Bahia Via Oasis! Upon arrival you’ll be immediately charmed by the lush tropical setting of the front yard with its mosaic pond complete with waterfall and fountain. Let the sound of the trickling water transport you to your very own private and serene retreat.

Walk down the pathway of this sheltered oasis to the backyard. Here you’ll discover your own private, in-ground solar-heated pool, nestled among mango, banana and lime trees. An outdoor dining area and gas barbeque complete this poolside hideaway. From here, climb the stairs to the lookout tower high above for a birds-eye view of the gorgeous grounds below and Estero Blvd. beyond.

The beach-style house is newly furnished and you’ll find the inside atmosphere as welcoming as the surroundings. Bahia Via is well appointed with three bedrooms, two baths, two kitchens, and two laundry areas.

Kitchen one is complete with fridge, microwave and stove.  Kitchen two has a newly installed granite countertop and comes complete with dishwasher, fridge and microwave.  The living room and dining area will give you room to spread out to watch your favorite TV show, relax with a book or watch a movie on the Blue Ray/DVD player.  

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and comes with ample closet space. The first guest bedroom is cozy with a twin bed, and the second guest bedroom, located in the loft, is bathed in sunlight throughout the day and has a queen-sized bed and flat-screen cable TV. Downstairs a queen-sized sleeper sofa can easily be converted, when it’s time to turn in for the night.

Two full bathrooms complete this beautiful home – each with a spa tub/shower combination, toilet area, sink and bidet.  

Two washers and dryers, central air conditioning, secured wireless high-speed internet, free long-distance dialing within North America, beach chairs, and much more are included in this rental.  For those with allergies this home has been designated a smoke free and pet free home.

This home affords all the conveniences you’re used to, in a residential neighborhood, close to everything, with only a 1-minute walk to the sugar white sands of Ft. Myers Beach. Whether you stay for a week, or for a month, you’ll have everything you need to make this the perfect vacation experience. 

Bahia Via Oasis is conveniently located in the middle of the island with shops and restaurants just a short distance away to both the north and south.  A salon and spa are right next-door for that extra special pampering you might want to treat yourself to while on vacation.

Phone, central air conditioning, wireless high speed cable internet, 2 cable TV’s, Blue Ray/DVD player, two kitchens with two microwaves, one oven, one dishwasher, two refrigerators, cooking utensils provided, gas grill, linens provided, two washers, two dryers, beach towels, daily housekeeping and turn down service available.  Kayaks, bikes, and other items for your convenience are also available through our rental department.

A 1-minute walk takes you to one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida with seven miles of white sugar sand where you can swim with dolphins and manatees, or stroll leisurely in search of shells and sand dollars.  Charter boats for deep-sea fishing, dolphin and eco tours of the mangroves and jet-ski and parasailing rentals are all within walking distance.  Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat, or take a high-speed ferry for a day adventure to Key West! Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars and enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping. Trolley stops, traveling both north and south on Estero Blvd, are just a short walk from the house. Jump on the trolley for just 50 cents per person and see the island, or head down to Lovers Key State Park for some wildlife viewing and private beaches.

Looking for something to do after the beach?  There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, water park, and much, much more.  Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, Naples Zoo, or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy adventure.
