Rancho Resort, a gated 55+ community is 20 miles south of Tucson and just north of Green Valley.  Close to various shopping and recreational facilities the town of Sahuarita is just minutes away.  Santa Rita mountains are a 20 minute drive to the east.  Winter months are warm during the day with lots of sunshine and cool nights. Our home was built in 2005 and is furnished with newer furniture and appliances.  All outdoor grounds are maintained by us so our guests can enjoy their stay and not be concerned about yard work.  Back yard is private and gated with a covered patio and a gazebo.  A patio table and 4 chairs are provided.

Our home has porcelein tile in the kitchen, dining, laundry, den and both baths. The living room and both bedrooms are carpeted.  The kitchen contains a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, double sink, filtered water faucet, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and all dishes, glasses, and utensiles.  The dining area has a table with four chairs.  The living room has a sofa and a recliner for seating along with a 32" TV and a VHS/DVD player.  Master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, night stand and a private bath with a large shower stall.  Guest bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, night stand and the bath is right outside the bedroom door.  Two car garage is extra long and the laundry room has a washer and gas dryer. Heat, Air Conditioning, Local TV, Local telephone, Trash pick-up, Club fees and Electric are included in rent.

Rancho Resort has many resort type amenities including: tennis, shuffle board, bocce ball, volley ball, walking trails, picnic areas, fitness center, computer lab, billards, ping pong, large outdoor pool w/hot tub, Jazzercise classes, cards, pottery, crafts, free bicycle use, dances, concerts, excursions, and a library in our fabulous club house.  The Tucson area has many places to see including museums and concerts. 

Sept. to Dec. 2013, 2 people -$1800., 4 people- $2000. Utilities included

Minimum rental 2013 two months, 2014 three months, a security deposit of $1500. US Funds at contract signing.

Long term rental (one year or more), secured by a signed lease agreement, $995. per month and renter pays all utilities.  Our home is only available furnished for long term rental as described in this listing.  All renters are required to adhere to the community HOA rules and wear their issued name badges when away from our home and within Rancho Resort.

Arizona rental agreement contract will be used to secure rental.
