Hemlocks with
quality wood furniture, and overlooking a private 60 ft waterfall. Great place for picnics, or to
spend a lazy
afternoon meditating or recharging. The waterfall can be heard from rear deck of the house, just a
short hike
away.
Property has mountain veiws, with many trails to hike. Creek has many smaller falls.
Home is 1600 sq ft. 2 bedroom 2 bath with large fireplace, covered porch,
front and rear decks.
Enjoy mountain veiws and bird watching off the rear deck or have a BBQ on the front
deck, over looking large spring fed gold fish pond complete with under
water lights and small waterfall. Enjoy nights in front of the fire, watching a movie, or listening to nature out the bedroom windows as you drift.
This estate is conviently located in Pumkintown between Dillsboro and Franklin, has state road
access but sits
up a slightly bumpy mountain drive in the middle of the 39 acres and can not be seen from the road
not even in
the winter, very private. Yet just a short scenic drive to Harrah's Casino, smokies railroad, fine
dining, craft/
antique shopping,whitewater rafting, Gem mining, inner tubing (inner tubes included), trout fishing

If you are a nature lover, it doesn't get better than this. Property also includes a 4 wheeler (for slow adult use) to get around the property and its many laurel trails and near the waterfall deck


$125 a night with a 3 night minimum
$685 total cost (no hidden charges)a week, additional nights $75. This is a temporary lower price because we believe you should be able to getaway and experience this beautiful property in any economy.
$2000 a month

Checkin is 3PM and Checkout is 11 am

Deposits are non refundable but can be used as a future credit if 2 week notice is given. Cancellations less than 2 days of arrival will forfiet 50% of cost due to the unliklyhood that we'll be able to rerent with such short notice

We do not charge a cleaning fee but do ask that you leave the property reasonably clean and have  some of the laundry done to cut down on our turnover time/costs. (detergent is provided)
