The community offers 16 Har-Tru Tennis courts with tennis pro and Pro-shop included in all rentals with temporary membership. The Beach Club has casual and elegant dining including pool-side service, with a casual café at the tennis club house 30 seconds from the unit. The community is gated with 24 hr security guards.  

The nearest international airport is 35 miles north in Melbourne, Florida. The two larger airports located an equal distance of  90 miles from Vero Beach are Palm Beach International in West Palm Beach Florida or Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Florida.

The tennis villa has tile flooring, soaking tub, wireless internet and cable, a beautiful screened lanai with table and chairs, HDTV and TVs in both bedrooms, a pull out queen size couch for guest spill over, and a very private yet convenient position within the community. 

The Villa offers a large master bedroom with king-size bed and new bedding. The spacious guest  bedroom offers two double beds, both with memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is fully applianced and accessorized with pots, pans, utensils, place settings and glassware.  The fullsize stackable washer and dryer is conveniently located in the hallway adjacent to the kitchen.  All beach supplies including towels, chairs and cooler are also provided.

The Beach Club is located on the Atlantic with it's own pool and poolside food service. The beach itself extends for more than 20 miles up and down the coastline. It is fabulous for walking and sea shell hunting.  

Vero Beach has many wonderful restaurants, great shopping, art museum, 3 theaters, marina, shopping malls and virtually everything anyone would want to need, whether you are here for a week or a month or the season.

There is also a Disney Hotel Resort about  a half mile north of Sea Oaks which has a nice bar upstairs that looks out onto the ocean, and a restaurant downstairs for lunch or dinners or wonderful Sunday brunch.

This home may be rented by the week or the month for:  

In Season rates:

November 1st through April 30th $1,600 to $1,800 a week or $5,000 to $5,500 a month

Off Season rates:

May 1st through October 31st $1,200 to $1,400 a week or $3,000 to $4,000 a month.

Sales tax of 11%  $150 departure clean fee and $500 security deposit required.

Temporary Membership at Sea Oaks is required: Cost is $75 for the application fee and $107 per week. Membership offers exclusive access and use of tennis courts, beach club house, tennis center and fitness center.
