$500 security deposit must be received to guarantee your reservation. This deposit will not be applied to your rental and will be returned after walk through within 2 weeks of departure.  If rental cancelled  within 60 days of arrival, reservation/ security deposit will be forfeited.

Rents are paid with cashier or certified checks prior to arrival.
