Club pool membership, golf cart and green fees are not included. Daily golf rates are extremely reasonable and includes golf cart. Rates are for 2-4 people (maximum occupancy). Rates are subject to 6 1/2% Florida state tax and required 5% resort tax and a $65 one-time cleaning fee. Rental fee includes $100 per month utility fee. Should the monthly utility bill exceed $100 per month will be the Renter's responsibility.
