Bay front 4 bedroom property located in the exclusive Pointe West community on Galveston's west end that can sleep 17 comfortably.

This beautiful home is over 3200 square feet and has a master suite with a king bed, another with a queen, the third with a full and twin bunk and the fourth with a full bunk bed, making 8 total beds, plus 2 twin size rollaways and a futon. This home is perfect for multiple families with much room for the kids. Master rooms have a large (42" and 36") flat screen HD television and AT&T U-verse (wireless included). The two master rooms have French doors opening up to the balconies. The king master bedroom has a walk in shower with a Swedish 3-shower head touch and dual sinks w/ granite tops.

The main living area has a 55" inch HD LCD w/ blue-ray dvd player along with a pool table, air hockey table and foosball table with additional room to entertain. We have a fully functional kitchen with stainless steal appliances perfect for cooking along with coffee maker, toaster and even a spice rack!

Additional Fees

Cleaning Fee: $225

Deposit: $500 (fully refundable and returned within 14 days from your departure pending there is no damage done to the property nor excessive cleaning needed); PROM rental $1000 Deposit (fully refundable)

Pets: Prior approval from manager required- Non-refundable Fee- $100 for first pet, $50 for each additional.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change. To officially reserve your vacation dates, the deposit must be paid in full.

-Holidays-
Regardless of season, all holidays are a minimum booking of 4 nights. Holiday rates differ from normal season rates and depend on market value as well as availability. Holidays should be booked well in advance.
