Live in paradise and enjoy a beautiful 1 BR (king-sized bed), 2 BA condo overlooking the Bay of
Banderas in exciting Puerto Vallarta where mountains and jungle meet the ocean. The unit is located
on the south side of the town, in the exclusive Conchas Chinas colonia (the Beverly Hills of Puerto
Vallarta).
The apartment is suited for 2 mature adults and excels with its tranquil, cosy and romantic
atmosphere. Luxurious villas line this quiet street, away from traffic, noise and disturbances, yet
only a short distance away from all the action you want. Tastefully furnished in true Mexican style.
It features 1 large bedroom, living/dining room, 2 full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen.
The balcony, facing west, is an extension of the living area and offers gorgeous views of the
Banderas Bay with spectacular sunsets. Enjoy your margaritas and watch the close fly-by of the
Pelicans. The unit is on the 5th (main) floor of the 14 unit building, and
provides easy, no-stairs access. An elevator is available to bring you down to the pool level.
Down on the street level, public buses take you into town (8 minutes) or further south along the
coast. In town, numerous restaurants, bars, sports clubs, fashionable boutiques and exquisite
jewellery stores await your visit. The picturesque beach (Playa Conchas Chinas) is accessible only
minutes from the street. The beach offers a stunning panorama of the magnificent homes in the hills
above.
A most interesting walk along the beach leads directly to the town center, the famous Malecon, where
exciting multi-cultural activities are presented daily. Fabulous shopping as well as sightseeing,
watersports, golfing, hiking, whale watching, jungle tours and many more activities are offered
throughout the town.

Rental rates
Low season (May 1st to November 30th): $550./week, 2 weeks minimum. $1,700./month long term.
Please note: The unit is not available from 17-November to 30-April.
Included in rates are: Water and gas. Electricity extra.
Preferred guests: Mature adults.
No children, no pets. No smoking.
Security deposit: A payment of $300. is required at the time of reservation for a 2 week rental. For
long term rental a deposit of 1 month is required. The cost of
electricity consumption plus any damage/replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit and the
balance returned.
Payment: 50% due when reservation is accepted. Balance due 30 days prior occupancy date.
We accept Canadian or US$ currency via certified cheque or money order.
Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled 60 days or more prior occupancy date. If cancelled
within 30 days or less prior occupancy, 50% of the deposits will be refunded.
