This is an upstairs unit approx. 700sq. ft., so it will sleep 4 comfortably.  Six people is very cozy!  Access to front patio with a  GAS BARBECUE, a redwood deck, patio table and  comfortable seating, under  the shade of a enchanting 20 ft. Banyan tree or soak up the California SUNSHINE! 
Patio may be shared with lower unit if occupied, but front patio table, chairs and barbeque are reserved for the upper unit!

Vehicles over the garage size dimensions have access to park on the street. One parking space per unit in a shared garage.

There are two bikes for your use, some guests don't even rent a car. 
Fly in, get to the rental and walk or bike everywhere.  Everything is so close..grocery stores, restaurants.

All reservations are on a first come, first serve basis only.  The reservations are not secured until deposit or payment is received and/or checks have cleared.

All linens and towels are available upon request Sept-May at no charge or you are welcome to bring your own.
Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend linens and towels are available to rent or you are welcome to bring your own.
There is a 6 guest maximum at all times.
On July 4th the peninsula is closed off to car and possible foot traffic from 12 noon, until 6 am the next morning.Any parties which exceed the noise ordinance or incur a fine, will be charged to the renter and taken out of the damage deposit.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 10AM – promptly.
Guest agrees to vacate premises by 10 AM or other checkout time designated on the contract. There will be a $50.00 charge for every hour or part thereof held over.
The City of Newport Beach has enacted ordinances concerning parties, loud music, excessive noise and any general disturbance of the peace. Fines under this ordinance can range up to $500.00 or more for police services.Fines imposed by the police or city for a disturbance will be charged to the guest,and may delay refund of security deposit until such bills are received.Valid disturbances reported or violation of this contract can result in immediate forfeiture of the premises upon demand. Newport Beach City curfew will close the beach at 10:00 pm.
Guest agrees not to sublet unit or to permit unauthorized guests not a part of the original contract to reside at the premises without express permission.
The property owner retains the right to enter the premises with reasonable notice, during reasonable hours, to inspect or exhibit or repair the rental unit as required.

This is a very clean home. There is a full size bath with a very clean shower and BATHTUB! There is a full size bed in one bedroom, 2 twins beds in the other and a sleeper sofa with a peek-a-boo view of the bay. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, a full size refrigerator and microwave. If you enjoy eating out, you are within minutes of the heart of the peninsula with 50+ restaurants!

This is a 700 sq. ft. upstairs unit, so VERY PRIVATE. There is access to a front PATIO with a deck, and a gas BARBECUE. There is also comfortable seating, under an umbrella or the shade of a enchanting 20 ft. tree. Garage parking with a remote control is available. Garage size is 90"W X 192"L X 82"H- Oversize vehicles have access to street parking which can be limited depending on the tme of year. A full size washer and dryer are included. There are also 2 bikes and boogie boards, beach chairs available, along with swim fins. Everything is here for a wonderful beach vacation. 

Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are 25 minutes away. San Diego with Sea World, and the San Diego zoo are all one hour away!Fantastic views of sunsets over Catalina Island from the beach. Or take the Hydrofoil 45 minute boat ride to Catalina Island and be a part of the sunset.

Walk 10 minutes or ride a bike along the ocean front boardwalk, to local dining or 5-STAR RESTAURANTS. There are also lots of taxis available on the weekends. Bike to Balboa and take the ferry to the island, or to Huntington Beach pier and the famous main Street. 
Ladies there is lots of shopping 10 minutes away at world reknown South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island.
