SummerPlace Villa occupies a south- facing site, which overlooks the
community commons. The 26ft x14ft pool enjoys sun from early in the
morning until sunset.
Guests enjoy SOUTH-FACING POOL, FREE SECURE HI-SPEED Wireless INTERNET
ACCESS, FREE LOCAL CALLS, FREE COTS, STROLLERS AND HIGH CHAIR HIRE, CABLE TV IN ALL BEDROOMS,GAMES ROOM, SAFE.
To make the most of the Florida sunshine, pool games, sunloungers,two
tables, umbrella and 6 dining chairs are provided around the screened
deck area. A pool bathroom with WC and washbasin can be accessed
direct from the deck area. All doors leading to the pool, including
the pool bathroom, are alarmed for the safety of children.
Alternatively, after a busy day at the theme parks, you may prefer to
relax in our Family Room. Here you will find 3 and 2 seater sofas (one
of which converts into a Queen size bed) and love seat, 27 inch TV
with cable connection, DVD/CD player, board games and small selection
of DVDs....or you may prefer to unwind by playing pool, foosball or
electronic darts in our GAMES ROOM!
Although there are numerous restaurants close by, if you would rather
eat at home, there is a formal dining area and fully equipped kitchen
including microwave, fridge-freezer with ice-making facilities
dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is also a separate laundry
room with full size washer and drier on the ground floor, so no need
to take washing home!
All bedrooms are situated on the upper floor. This means that those
who want an early night or to sleep-in are not disturbed by the more
active!
Master Bed 1: King size (6ft) bed, walk-in closet, hair drier,19-inch
TV with satellite connection and en-suite. En-suite with oval bath,
separate shower cubicle, separate WC and two washbasins.
Master Bed 2: Queen (5ft)size bed, 13 inch TV, built in wardrobe,hair
drier.Direct access to the family bathroom with bath/shower, WC and
washbasin.
There are two twin bedrooms, both with clock/radios,TV and built-in
wardrobes. The villa's PC is located in the front twin bedroom.

This gated community is situated 6 miles, or 10 minutes by car from Disney's Magic Kingdom at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27. There are numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants within a mile including Super Wal- Mart within 1/4 mile. There are also many golf and fishing venues within a few miles.
With approximately 160 houses High Grove is small enough to retain a lovely community feel, yet big enough to offer the facilities you would expect from a first class resort.
