Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful new lakefront home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.   
Full bathrooms are custom, one has jetted tub and seperate shower,  
the other has a 5 foot custom shower.  Bedrooms offer privacy from  
the main livingroom and diningroom.  Private 50 foot of lakefront  
with a dock for your toys.  All rooms but the bathrooms have an  
excellent lake view.  Lake is only 50 foot from home.   Kitchen with  
granite counters fully applianced with dishwasher, microwave, gas  
stove, garbage disposal and large side by side refrigerator.  In the  
back yard overlooking the lake, there is a large propane grill and a  
firepit.  Washer & Dryer. 2 Air conditioner units. 
Home has cable TV and wireless internet connection.  Located only  
1.5 miles from a major grocery and video rental. 
Sleeps 10.  First bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a  
full size bunk bed, and third bedroom has a queen and a full size  
futon.  Also available fold out couches, full & single.

Tilton Tanger Outlet stores.

Rental Available starting June 21st through   
 September  weekly rate of $2000.00  
 
September 6th through October weekly 
rates as follows:  Weekly rate $1600.    Security/Damage  deposit of $500 
  Cleaning fee of $125 & NH room & meals tax 8% 
No smoking in the house.
