From the moment that you step onto Halle’s Grove, you will be awestruck by its beauty, located on 5 acres in the middle of an expansive, sunny, blooming garden, and adjoining redwood grove in the heart of the coastal wine country.  The house is a perfect getaway for singles, one family or multiple families, who desire a country quiet setting. It is centered in the best cycling region of West Sonoma County and on the Scenic Corridor (see Google Map).   This is a bright, sunny oasis among the Tall Trees, in fact, much like the property’s name sake, Halle.   Between Sebastopol and Occidental, it is located 15 minutes from the spectacular Doran Beach on the Sonoma Coast, 3 miles from, Osmosis,  the number one ranked Spa worldwide, just 25 minutes from the Russian River Jazz festivals, or 15 minutes from Graton and its Zugat-rated restaurants and galleries  and walking distance to at least a dozen Art Trails ranked artisans.    The house comfortably sleeps 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. The bright and sunny master spa-like bathroom includes a claw-foot bathtub and separate shower, skylights, and garden window. The second bathroom on this floor has dual sinks, and a tub- shower. The house features 2 King Size Beds, a full/twin bunkbed and futon,  Comcast Cable TV, High Speed Internet access and Nationwide telephone access.   The ground floor includes a living room with a cozy wood burning stove, and a sofa bed, separate dining room for elegant dinners, gourmet cook’s kitchen, with granite counters and large center island, and a half bathroom.     There are multiple places here to lounge and read; on the rear decks, or the front porch that overlooks the garden and fish pond.   A majestic 30 foot diameter circle of second growth redwood trees, also known as a fairy ring, is another special place on the property. The fairy ring, with potable water, 110v power, indirect lighting around the trees and a fire pit, provides a spot to roast hot dogs, make s’mores, and play your musical instruments.
