Full service kitchen with comfortable seating for 10-12 people.

April, May, June : $300 nightly rate, $2500 per week.  Peak season, July, August, minimum of one week stay, $3000 per week.  September -Nov: $300 per night.  Off season, Dec - March:  $250/night.  Nightly rates not avail for peak season or holiday weekend and require 2 night minimum stay.  Cleaning fee of $200 applied for rentals of 3 nights or less.  3% accomodations tax added to all rentals.  Damage insurance required.
