Alpine Villa Tuscan Retreat in Breckenridge

The Alpine Villa is a vacation home designed as an executive retreat in Breckenridge, Colorado. It is ideally suited for off-site gatherings where guests can relax in the privacy of a house and enjoy a variety of recreational activities not available in typical hotel venues. Accommodations include many resort type amenities to facilitate on-site recreation, entertainment, and leisure. It is an ideal venue for corporate off-site retreats, church retreats, group vacations, family reunions, wedding party accommodations, and other special occasions.

The Alpine Villa features a stunning Tuscan design that includes Colorado native natural stone, distressed wood beams, Italian tile, Brazilian granite, vaulted ceilings, and arched openings throughout. It has a fully audio/video enabled private meeting room, wireless Internet access, dining hall, great room, fitness health center, racquetball court gymnasium, billiards room, elevator, Roman bath hot tub, steam room, home theatre, 35’ tall natural rock climbing wall, and many other exclusive amenities. For overnight lodging accommodations, this Tuscan chalet includes eight bedroom suites, two bunk bed rooms, two lofts, and other rooms adding to a total sleeping capacity of thirty-two beds.

The Alpine Villa retreat is located in Breckenridge, Colorado near the twenty-seven hole championship Jack Nicklaus golf course. In the heart of Summit County - "Colorado's Playground", it is minutes from Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain ski areas. The house is adjacent to the national forest with a vast trail system for summer and winter recreation. Hiking, mountain biking, four-wheeling, motorcycling and fishing are all summer activities available directly from the Alpine Villa lodge. Snow shoeing, cross country skiing, tubing and snowmobiling are all winter activities available directly from the lodging facility.

• Minimum rate:  Main retreat includes 7 suites, 2 bedrooms, and loft. Extra rooms available at additional charge.
• High season - Includes the weeks of Christmas, New Years, July 4th, and March Spring break. 
• Housekeeping -Housekeeping charges apply for stays less than four nights.  Housekeeping charge is $250 plus $75 per room for a one night stay.  Housekeeping charge is $250 plus $35 per room for a two night stay.  Housekeeping charge is $250 for a three night stay.  There is no housekeeping charge for stays of 4 nights or longer.  Rates do not include daily maid service.
• Meals and Supplies - Basic cooking condiments, kitchen utensils, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels are supplied.  Other supplies and meal services provided at extra charge.
• Rates -All rates subject to change without notice until reservation deposit is made.   A 5.775% tax is added to all rates.
• Reservations - Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of your reservation deposit and signed contract.   The reservation deposit is equivalent to your first night's stay.  A second payment equal to an amount that brings your total deposit to 50% of the reservation amount is due one month after your initial reservation is made. Final payment of the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival.   Once full payment and signed contract with credit card authorization is received, keys and final confirmation will be sent to you.  
• Damage Deposit - No damage deposit is collected.  A signed contract is required and an authorized credit card is kept on file. Should any damages, excessive cleaning, unpaid charges or unreturned key replacement costs be incurred, the credit card on file will be charged the actual repair or replacement cost.
• Check-in/out - Room check-in time: 4:00pm.   Room check-out time:10:00am.   Late departures are subject to half-day rates.   
• Cancellations - Cancellation will result in forfeiture of payments unless rebooked.  If rebooked, all payments less a $200 handling fee will be refunded.
