--A Chalet for 2 or 3 people (Lower $$$ Costs) using MAIN FLOOR ONLY (The Lower Floor would be Locked). For your Safety, Privacy & convenience; The home is NEVER RENTED to 2 unknown families at one time!!
--Or use ENTIRE HOME for up to 9 people (Both floors).
We have everything you need: from DISH TV (Upgraded to Top 200 which includes many more Sports stations for Football etc.), 3 DVD players, Video games-controllers for the youner ones,stereo with CD player, all appliances (I actuall have 2 FULL Kitchens- 1 on each floor),2 coffee makers, Weber Gas Grill, Blender (For Happy Hour on the deck), board games, pool table, ping pong, and don't forget that cozy fire near the fireplace.

--MAIN FLOOR has 1633 sq ft of A/C space with 2 Central A/C-Heat zones, oversized windows and lots of HIGH Glass that surround the cathedral ceilings made of tongue and groove cedar. Enjoy the mountain view from the living room or from the spectacular & HUGE Double Deck (Upper & Lower) across entire front of home which is accessed from the 8 foot glass doors in living room. Beautiful wood floors throughout the entire living area. Master bedroom, master bath (w/jetted tub and separate tiled showered stall), kitchen with stainless appliances, snack bar, living room with wood burning fireplace, dining room, Den(w/computer desk/station and luxurious futon that sleeps 1 or 2), 1/2 bath, laundry room and garage. 2 Flat Screen HDTV's by LG with DISH Satellite TV's UPGRADED TO "Top 200 Channels" which is an upgrade that featues many more channels and sports channels versus the Standard Top 100 Package.

--LOWER FLOOR also has 1633 sq ft of living space with 9 foot ceilings and its own Central A/C-Heat: Offers 3 bedrooms (a master suite on its own wing), 2 baths(Garden Tub in bath near Master suite), Full Kitchen, snack bar, pub table, recreation room with pool/ping pong table combo, board games, living room with wood burning fireplace that walks out to lower deck. Everything is NEW (furnishings, beds, etc.) in 2009! You wont be disappointed!

Tallulah Falls-15 minutes away where you can experience the Suspension Bridge, natural waterfalls (climb-walk them) in the State Park.
The quaint crafty town of Helen, GA (approx 30 minutes away) offers Country Crafts/shopping and Tubing (about $5.00 per person).
Apple Orchard in SC (Google Apple Orchards n North Ga or South Carolina) for those who wish to pick apples AND VERY CLOSE (10 minutes away)on 441 Northbound to pick your own fresh strawberries.
Just a few minutes north is the famous DILLARD HOUSE(HorseBack riding in season) and Nantahala/Bryson City where you can go white water rafting, tubing and mining for Gem stones-Gold. We are Less than 7 miles to the Chattooga River (The River where the movie "DELIVERANCE" was filmed) for close by White Water rafting.

 Tourist attractions in some of the Nearby State Parks. Community Pool and Tennis courts at the local City Park just South of Walmart on Hwy 441. Waterfalls to see and climb at Tallulah Falls (8 miles away) and Helen Georgia (30 miles away) offers a small CRAFT town and Tubing. Check out "Chota Falls" which is a magnificent place to make memories, take pictures at The Falls or just make it a fun day. Just 7 miles East to Chattooga River where White Water rafting (NOC and others)) is available or visit Nanahala website. The DILLARD House, 10 minutes North on Hwy 441 provides Family Style Dining and Horseback Riding.Becky Branch Falls in the Chattahoochee National Forest is a 20-ft cascade. It is located 5 minutes from downtown Clayton and is easily accessible. From Clayton, drive east on Warwoman Road for 2.8 miles and park of left side of road by branch. Walk up the right side of branch on the trail for about 200 yards to a bridge at base of falls.
