Vacation Rental Description

"Attitude Adjustment"---Relax and Recharge at Gulf Place Caribbean.  
Come enjoy this beautifully decorated ground floor unit #104. With 
no stairs or elevators to deal with the location is great for 
families and retirees. Step right off the patio to the heated 
pool/hot tub gate or to the deck equipped with charcoal grills.

This 2 bedroom condo sleeps 6-8 comfortably with two queen beds, a 
queen sleeper sofa, and 2 bunk beds recessed into the hall--Great 
for kids!  The fully stocked kitchen will lend you all the comforts 
of home.

Enjoy the use of 3 pools with hot tubs.  One pool (heated) is just 
10 steps from the patio.  There are three deeded beach accesses only 
50 yards away (half of a football field).  With no high rises 
allowed in Santa Rosa, there is no traffic and the beach is peaceful 
and quiet.

Escape from the beach and stroll through the Town Center where you 
will enjoy quaint shops and restaurants.  There is a grassy 
amphitheatre where outdoor concerts are held or where kids can play 
ball or frisbee.  Everything is within walking distance.
