This beautiful new first floor condo is located just steps from the inviting pool and hot tub. Located in the desirable southwest section of Cape Coral, Bellagio Gardens is just a little over a 1/2 mile up the street from Cape Harbor Marina. Cape Harbor Marina is the absolute pinnacle of restaurants,shopping and nightlife in Cape Coral. The Marina offers restaurants such as Rum Runners and The Joint, both with open air waterfront dining.
"The Cabana" at Bellagio Gardens offers over 1200 sq feet of style and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The bar height kitchen table seats 4 with seating for an additional 3 people at the breakfast bar.
Just off the kitchen is the large carpeted living room with a sleeper sofa,(additional charge for more than 4 people) and 2 comfortable chairs with leather ottomans for added comfort. A 32" flat screen television, DVD player and cable is also included.
"The Cabana" also offers a screened in lanai with a ceiling fan and a paver stone patio, both with pool and hot tub views. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai. After a relaxing day in Sanibel or Captiva or just laying by the pool , enjoy dinner on your private patio. The patio is furnished with a gas grill and a patio table that seats 4 comfortably.
The HUGE master bedroom suite also has pool and hot tub views with access to the lanai and patio via its own sliding glass doors. The master bathroom is supersized as well and has 2 sinks with granite counter tops and an oversized walk-in shower. Off of the master bath is a walk-in closet with tons of storage space and a luggage rack.
The second bedroom, which has a queen bed and flat screen television of its own, is located adjacent to the homes 2nd bathroom. The bathroom has a granite counter top and full tub/shower.
